RTM Process:

Two (or more) components are fully mixed in the mixing head by high pressure process, and piston or axial piston pumps are selected according to different raw material systems (epoxy resin, polyamide, polyurethane), as well as special metering pumps for corrosive materials.

Vacuum defoaming system ensures that the material does not contain bubbles, special mixing head design, direct heating of components, rapid melting, good fluidity, continuous, stable and accurate temperature control.
